Page rules for every document: what applies to the recovery plan, and one skill for all

On 28-09-2026 Frank reshaped the eA 2.0 short specifications page by page, and received Nelson Pérez’s skill on writing register. He then asked, about the Lesotho recovery plan written the same day:

  1. Do we have a skill on the format our documents follow?
  2. Which of today’s changes apply to the recovery plan?
  3. Can one skill carry these rules to every document?
A skill for the format? Only for analyses The analysis-doc skill; the short specifications follow a project file no skill carries.
What applies to the plan? 4 changes The footer stamp, its refresh at each publish, the Fold all switch, the register.
One skill for all? Yes, a base skill The rules every page shares, with the two scripts; each document skill points to it.
What must Frank decide? The base skill, and who edits the plan Two questions at the end.

1 · The skills that set a document’s format today

  • analysis-doc: analyses, comparisons, answers to a brief, plans. The recovery plan is written in it: the four answer tiles, the contents chips, folding sections, the question format. It still says each section folds and the footer reads “Draft · date · time”.
  • The short specifications: their rules sit in one project file, frame.md in the eA 2.0 folder. No skill carries them, and analysis-doc still describes their first form, with “It is possible to:” in place of Functions.
  • topic-index and progress-page: the index and the progress page of a topic, each with its own build script.
  • Nelson’s skill on register: not installed; its rules are now in frame.md for the short specifications only.

2 · Today’s changes, measured on the recovery plan

Each change Frank made on 28-09-2026, and what it means for the plan to rebuild the Lesotho recovery service.

Change of 28-09-2026For the planWhy
The footer says “Updated · date · time”, never “Draft”appliesIt reads “Draft · 28-09-2026 · 11:36 · for Frank’s go”; the call for his go already sits in Decisions.
The stamp is set at each publish, by a scriptappliesThe plan will be republished at each step; a hand-written time goes stale, as the short specifications’ did until today.
A Fold all switch beside the titleappliesFive long sections; the reader folds them one by one today.
Direct functional register, no opening that announces size (Nelson’s skill)appliesTwo tiles give a count as their answer, “Six steps, each proven” and “Four questions”; they should name the steps and the questions. The closing “In short:” repeats section 1.
Every section and every subsection foldsalreadyAll five sections fold, open by default.
Section titles in red; groups inside them in blue, foldingalreadySame template; the plan has no groups inside its sections.
No text outside a sectionalreadyOnly the opening, the tiles and the chips stand above the sections, as the form wants.
The back link names where it leadsalreadyIt names the test review it came from.
A table repeats no columnalreadyIts tables carry distinct columns.
“Definition and examples” opens, foldingspecifications onlyAn analysis opens on its answers, which stay in view.
“Functions” as the list’s title; every feature specified, the phases decide whenspecifications onlyThe plan lists steps, not a product’s functions.
A named page, panel or part is defined where it first appearsspecifications onlyThe plan names BPA elements its readers, Frank and Dariusz, already know.
Modules numbered and grouped by who uses themspecifications onlyThe plan’s steps are a sequence, already numbered.
“Current users”, not a count of usersspecifications onlyNo user count in the plan.

3 · One base skill for every document

The rules that held for both documents today belong to every page the sessions write, whatever its kind. A base skill would hold them once, with the scripts that apply them; analysis-doc, a new short-spec skill, topic-index and progress-page would point to it and keep only what is theirs.

  1. What the base skill holds: the footer stamp and its script; the Fold all switch and its script; every section and group folding, open by default, red sections and blue groups; no text outside a section; the back link naming where it leads; the direct functional register and the bans from Nelson’s skill; dates day first; the question format for decisions; the 1040-pixel sheet and the colour tokens.
  2. A short-spec skill, built from frame.md: definition and examples, Functions in groups, Rules, Related documents, Decisions, the level of about 450 words. The line in analysis-doc that describes the old form goes.
  3. The two scripts move from the eA 2.0 folder into the base skill, so the recovery plan and any other page can call them at publish.

Effort: Agent: about 1 session (estimate) for the base skill, the short-spec skill and the edits to the four skills · People: none.

4 · Decisions needed

  • ?1 Build the base skill and the short-spec skill, and point analysis-doc, topic-index and progress-page to the base? (Yes/no. I would say yes, because a rule changed once then reaches every document.)
  • ?2 Who applies the four changes to the recovery plan? (Pick one: the Lesotho recovery session, which owns and republishes the page, recommended · this session, now · nobody until the base skill exists)
